Product & Safety Disclaimer

Important qualifications for AeraClara performance information, product imagery, configurations, and safe operation.

Effective date: October 24, 2026

1. General information, not a safety protocol

Website descriptions, animations, and demonstrations are marketing and educational information. They are not installation instructions, medical advice, facility infection-control protocols, or a substitute for the approved instructions for the specific model. Consult qualified facilities, safety, and clinical personnel as appropriate.

2. Performance and laboratory findings

Laboratory results relate to the tested model, contaminants, methods, exposure times, and conditions. They do not guarantee the same results in an occupied room or establish infection prevention, sterilization, or equivalent air and surface performance. Coverage and outcomes depend on room volume, occupancy, ventilation, contaminant sources, placement, maintenance, and configuration.

The five-stage animation is a conceptual illustration, not a measured depiction of contaminant removal, reaction speed, or treatment effectiveness. Request the relevant reports and conditions before relying on a performance statement.

3. Standard and ozone-enabled configurations

The standard platform is described as designed for continuous occupied-space operation with contained UV and reported ozone output below 0.04 ppm. That reported figure is not a guarantee of conditions in every environment and does not describe the separate ozone-enabled treatment configuration.

Ozone-enabled treatment is not for occupied spaces. Do not infer safe occupancy, access, ventilation, or re-entry from this website. Obtain and follow model-specific safety instructions and required controls before considering or using that configuration.

4. Installation, maintenance, and complementary use

Confirm sizing, placement, fluid-supply requirements, electrical requirements, and installation procedures with AeraClara for your model and environment. Keep covers in place, do not open or modify the UV chamber or catalyst, and use approved consumables, replacement parts, and authorized service.

Automatic fluid control and enzyme injection do not eliminate inspection or scheduled maintenance. AeraClara complements, rather than replaces, ventilation, filtration, cleaning, disinfection, source control, and facility protocols.

5. Imagery, claims, and documentation

Some website scenes are generated or composited illustrations. Depicted locations are not evidence of customer installations, endorsements, or facility approval. Images do not establish actual product dimensions, a permitted installation layout, included accessories, or available configurations; consult current product documentation and your written quote.

No statement on this website should be understood as an assertion of regulatory approval or a granted patent unless expressly supported by applicable documentation. Ask the AeraClara team for current product, safety, and testing documentation.
