After private presentation access is requested, the website uses an encrypted session cookie named aeraclara-presentations to retain access status. The session is configured for up to eight hours. The cookie is marked HttpOnly, uses Secure on HTTPS connections, and supports embedded preview access. Locking the presentations clears the access grant. It is used for access control, not advertising.

Narration audio is temporarily cached in memory while an unlocked deck is open and released when that view closes. This is not a persistent advertising identifier.

Authentication features and platform preview tools may use browser storage to maintain sign-in state when those features are used. Hosting and security providers may use essential technologies to deliver and protect the website. Blocking these technologies may prevent private presentations or other features from working.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and may load media from external asset-delivery services. Those requests can expose your IP address and request metadata to the provider even if they do not set a cookie. Their processing is governed by their own policies.

No advertising-pixel or optional analytics consent system is implemented in the website’s own public-page code at this effective date. This does not establish the settings of every hosting or delivery provider. If optional tracking is introduced, this Notice and any consent controls required by applicable law must be updated before that tracking is activated. A notice alone is not consent.

You can review, block, and delete cookies or site data using your browser settings. Settings may need to be applied separately on each browser or device. Blocking cookies can prevent presentation access. Browser privacy signals do not automatically disable all third-party resource requests; contact us with questions about a specific privacy choice or signal.
